February Happenings

 Winter is a perfect time for puzzle making and. . .

 owl watching in Forest Park!  The "owl man" introduced us to the Great Horned Owl pair of Charles and Sarah.  

 February meant big changes in our neighborhood as our nextdoor neighbor and favorite playmate, Frannie, moved a couple of miles away to their "dream house."  In Febrary we spent many playdates with Frannie, trying to enjoy every last minute.

January Happenings

 Backyard sleddding!

 Rule #1:  jump sled if nearing shed, tree, or fence!

 January in St. Louis:  sledding, biking, jumping in puddles

 We decided to try a "sleeping room" for all 4 girls.  Now we have a guest room/dressing room!  :-)

 Since Annika was sick on her birthday, we rescheduled for Jaunary. . . Magic House memories with friends from school!

 Star day for Sami just happened to double as pajama day in 3K.

On star days, the 3kers listen to the clues and then guess what is in the "star's" mystery bag.  This always created an interesting situation b/c Sami and Audrey already knew what was in the bag.  Here Audrey is eager to let the whole class know what Sami picked to put in the mystery bag. . .as you can imagine, it didn't always end well.
