Christmas break in Michigan

Annika is sharing her version of the Christmas story with Grandpa and Grandma.

Cousin time playing Sleeping Queens.

The snow was almost all gone by the time we arrived in Michigan. . .thankfully Frosty still provided lots of entertainment.

11 cousins having lots of fun together.

Sometimes it's just easier to let the kids eat first.

Teaching knitting to Annika is a work in progress. . .

More fun with Frosty!

A new Christmas tradition - bowling!

Hanging out with the Rozebooms.

Auntie Cathy always has lots of love to share!

Grandma's ice cream cones are the best.
Matching pj's!
Java gym. . .  like a giant Mc Donalds playland.

Love those rosy cheeks!

Skating at Rosa Park Circle. . .Annika and Lauren were both trooopers and had a great time.

Uncle Jay organized a "New Years in Cape Verde" party.  Perfect for kiddos that need to get to bed but still want to welcome in the new year.   It was quite the site to see the Blankespoors "dancing."

Car fun on the drive home.  Anything you can do, I can do better. . .

On the way home we stopped at Lady of the Snows to feed the animals and see the Way of Lights.

Christmas

Light one candle for love, joy, peace, hope, and Jesus.

Bring on the snow!

I'm not sure who is more excited about Xbox Kinect. . .Annika or Daddy?

Advent calendar tradition.

Christmas in Columbus with Grandpa and Grandma!

Annika's note to Santa (with family diagram)

Full stockings complete with empty milk glass and cookie crumbs.

Hungry, hungry hippos was a big hit.
Great Grandma Hall has a heart to heart with Sami.

Audrey and Sami were so excited to walk up to the nativity that we passed on our walk with Grandma.

Spending time with cousin Daniel was loads of fun!
The Grandkids love Grandma and Grandpa!
