Despite last year's "run away from the worms" debacle, Grandpa was excited to take Annika and Lauren fishing once again.
Annika and Lauren stood right next to Grandpa the whole time he put on the worms - quite the accomplishment! Maybe next year THEY will put the worms on the hook. . .
If you blow up the photo, you will see a fish on the end of the line. Lauren caught this fish within the first minute or so, and then decided she wanted to go to the playground.
Is it possible to stand any farther from the fish? Annika fished for about 15 minutes before deciding to pack it in.
Grandpa did his research and went out a few weeks prior to find this perfect fishing spot.
